Historic Spanish Town Civic Association Open House and Tour Join the Historic Spanish Town Civic Association and the Friends of the Capitol Park Museum for an open house showcasing "Spanish Town Mardi Gras: 40 Years of Good Times and Bad Decisions" as well as a talk from Spanish Town Historian, and author of "Capitol Park and Spanish Town," Matt Isch. Open House and cash bar 5:00-6:00 p.m., Mr. Isch will speak at 6:00 p.m. All attendees are welcome to stay and attend the HSTCA Annual Meeting.
