Join the Historic Spanish Town Civic Association and the Friends of the Capitol Park Museum for an open house showcasing "Spanish Town Mardi Gras: 40 Years of Good Times and Bad Decisions" as well as a talk from Spanish Town Historian, and author of "Capitol Park and Spanish Town," Matt Isch. Open House and cash bar 5:00-6:00 p.m., Mr. Isch will speak at 6:00 p.m. All attendees are welcome to stay and attend the HSTCA Annual Meeting.
