Bring your Southern University / Blue and Gold items for sale as well as paraphilia for the Devine Nine Sororities and Fraternities.
We are the Home Chapter of the Southern University Alumni Federation announcing the following vendor opportunities to be held on the Campus of Southern University at A.W. Mumford Stadium, East Side, 801 Harding Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70807
Event Time: 12:30 – 4:30
Vendor Access /setup time: 10:00 AM
Food access for purchase: 11:30 AM
Vendor Details and Guidelines – New Deadline: Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Site Fee: $100.00, until April 30, 2025
Late Registration fee: $125.00
Dates: May 1 and 2, 2025
Registration closes on Friday, May 2, 2025 @11:00 PM
Space for 10 x10 tent and / or table (s)
Food tickets are not included ($35.00)
Vendor provides ALL setup items

The vendor set up locations are as follows:
Crawfish Boil: Saturday, May 3, 2025 – A.W. Mumford Stadium
Site Outdoor: A.W. Mumford Stadium, East Side Parking lot
Rain Day: Under A. W. Mumford Stadium – East Side
No food or alcohol sales are allowed; candy and desserts are exceptions
Vendors will be promoted on the Home Chapter’s social media sites
Vendors will be allowed to setup 2 hours before event start time: 10:00 AM
Food plates: Crawfish or Catfish plates are available for purchase @ $35.00 each
Plates will be available for vendors @11:30 AM
