About Venue
If you are looking for a place to eat greasy food, have some beers, really experience what the locals experience, or just hang out with your friends in a low key place Jim's Place is for you.
It is in the middle of a trailer park and the northern end of False River. They serve deep fried, previously frozen fare that you can order at the bar. Packs of cigarettes and candy bars are also available at the bar (although, they are a tiny bit more expensive).
There are two pool tables, a few of those little gambling machines, a juke box, and an ATM, though they do take major cards.
This place is definitely a dive bar so don't expect a posh, chic evening. It is a place for chilling out.
Oh and last but not least, they are open by at least 9:00am on Sunday mornings so if you are looking for a soft landing from the night before this is it.
