Bringing Generations of Women
Together Through Song
The Baton Rouge Chorus of Sweet Adelines is beyond excited to finally be able to sing and perform together, and we want everyone to join in! Women of all ages in the Baton Rouge area are invited to harmonize with us in a choral festival-- a day of singing, education, and fun culminating in an afternoon performance.
The day will start with a workshop led by Dr. Elizabeth Mitchell to learn music and enjoy the fellowship of generations of women. We will learn 3 songs and present a performance for family and friends in the afternoon. All women, middle school and up, are invited to come and harmonize with us. No experience is needed, just a love of singing.
Where: Ingleside United Methodist Church
Date: Saturday, December 4, 2021
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. rehearsal with 3p.m. performance
Cost: $10 (no charge for the afternoon performance)
Lunch: Bring your bag lunch. Drinks and deserts will be provided |
