This summer, young performers ages 12–17 will have the opportunity to dive into the world of Shakespeare in a fun and active way. Over the course of a week, students will explore Shakespeare’s language through audition workshops, ensemble-building theatre games, movement-based storytelling, and coached monologue and scene work.
On the last day of the camp, performers will participate in the Shakes Squad Showcase, where students present monologues and short scenes they’ve prepared throughout the week.Two tickets for this event are included in your camp tuition. Other tickets will be sold online and at the door. |
