Come hear live music – Baton Rouge style! Join us as we celebrate the launch of the Library's newest database--a streaming service for local musicians called Red Stick Rhythms. This family-friendly event at the Main Library at Goodwood on Sunday, March 9, 2-5 p.m., will feature a concert by several Red Stick Rhythms artists such as Kay Lashea, Mid-City Prowlers, St. Missy, and Screaming Underwater; hands-on musical activities for all ages; food trucks; and information from local arts organizations, including Baton Rouge Music Studios, Bloom Booking, Be Positive, Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room, Chelsea's "The Stew,” Wonderground, Yes We Cannibal, and more!
