The DeBose Foundation advocates and celebrates Visual Arts by providing an opportunity for young people to have the benefit of adjudication and display two- and three-dimensional artworks. For fifty years, the event has been the product of partnerships with East Baton Rouge Public Library System and East Baton Rouge School System. Each are providers of open participation: public, private, charter, parochial, The program definitions engage and include curriculum collaboration between traditional, gifted, and talented, and magnet programs.
